Onsite registration will be available as space and time allows. However, we encourage you to pre-register to guarantee your seat, as we fully expect this event to quickly sell out.

The registration fee is 99 EUR per person.

No, there is not a couple's discount. All Convention registration prices are per person.

For everyone who bought their tickets before 20th January 2012, the Convention Bag was automatically included as part of the advance purchase promotional offer. Now the Convention Bag is not included in the price. However, you can purchase a Convention Bag for only 19,95 EUR during the registration process online.

Once payment is processed, registrations are final. However, if you would like to transfer the registration to another Brand Partner you may do so. If you have additional questions regarding this policy, please email us at event@vemma.eu. We'd be happy to help.

Yes, tickets may be transferred to another unregistered Brand Partner. This can be done by emailing the Partner's information to event@vemma.eu.

You can fly either to Malmo or Copenhagen which might be cheaper and more time effective. Copenhagen is connected with Malmo with a bridge so its actually only 30 min away. Please use flight search engines for example skyscanner.com or expedia.com to look for best connections and prices.

From Copehnagen Airport its best to take a train or a bus to Malmo. Both options go from Copenhagen Airport to Malmo Main Station and then you can take a cab to one of recommended hotels. If you arrive to Malmo Airport then the most convinient way to reach the hotel is by taxi.

You don't have to worry about that as Vemma Europe provides you with bus transportation from Ibis Malmo and Park Inn Radisson to Malmo Arena. Buses will take you to the Convention on Saturday morning and will return to hotels after Recognition Dinner. Transportation to and from Malmo Arena to hotels is also provided on Sunday.
